Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Generalist to support the organization's Compliance team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in data-driven environments and is passionate about ensuring HR processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. The HR Generalist will maintain accurate employee records, manage compliance-related data, and serve as a resource for team members regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: HR Data & Compliance Management: Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor or similar) to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Policy & Procedure Support: Serve as a point of contact for team members with questions regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed. Training & Compliance Monitoring: Assign and track completion of compliance training programs; ensure timely follow-up on incomplete training. Audit & Reporting: Generate and distribute compliance-related reports; conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards. Communication: Support the distribution of HR and compliance-related communications using technology platforms (e.g., email, intranet, SharePoint). General HR Support: Respond to benefits inquiries, assist with general HR functions, and contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed. Requirements College degree in Human Resources or a related field OR a minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Corporate HR experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycor, ADP, Paycom, or similar systems. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
