JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws including OSHA regulations and FMLA guidelines.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management and data collection methodologies within an HR context.

Responsibilities
  • Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance on FMLA, workers’ compensation, affirmative action planning, and other employment-related matters.
  • Assist in benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws.
  • Support change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts within the organization.
  • Facilitate training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage workforce management systems.
  • Collaborate on organization design projects to optimize team structures and roles.
  • Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict management and resolution.
  • Utilize various HR tools such as ATS, Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian for efficient HR operations.
