We are seeking an experienced hands-on HR Generalist possessing excellent communication skills and attention to detail with a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing the day-to-day HR activities. The position will participate in the administration of employee benefits, protected leave, Workers’ Comp and return to Work processes, including communication with managers regarding employees to help with workforce planning. Assists and advises managers with employee performance concerns and improvement plans, disciplinary actions, conflict management and conducts investigations. Assist with the development and administration of programs, procedures, training, and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic company goals. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications Five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Strong attention to detail and analytical skills A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box to solve unique challenges Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality Requirements Preferred Qualifications Degree in Human Resources or a related field Experience working in manufacturing or a similar environment with 24/7 operations Working Environment The typical hours for this role are Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 am
