We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing Fintech company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement. As we operate in a fast-paced and innovative environment, fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with our diverse team and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with company goals and labor regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.). Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a professional manner. Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth. Implement and monitor performance management systems. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Partner with managers and leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture that supports productivity and engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proven experience (3+ years) in an HR role, preferably within a fintech, technology, or startup environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
