Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field PHR certificate, SPHR preferred Minimum five years of Human Resource experience as a generalist in California Solid knowledge and understanding of state and federal employment laws Experienced with payroll and digital human resource management applications, Paylocity preferred Able to multitask and independently manage workload in a dynamic environment Proficient with Microsoft office skills and comfortable learning new technologies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English language Strong sense of initiative, requiring little direct supervision
