JOB DETAILS

  • Administer and support day-to-day HR operations
  • Interpret HR policies and procedures accurately
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts
  • Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing and posting
  • Address Worker’s Compensation and unemployment claims timely
  • Complete monthly insurance billing reconciliations
  • Maintain job descriptions for all departments
  • Act as subject matter expert for the HRIS
  • Participate in the Employee Experience Committee
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Assist HR Manager with tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to act objectively
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • 1-2 years of human resource and payroll experience preferred
  • Bachelor or associate’s degree in a related field preferred
