The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing the organization’s policies and practices. Requirements Education and Experience: · Applicant must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in human resources or related field; or equivalent work experience. · At least one year of human resource management experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: · SHRM-CP preferred.
