Description Gordon Feinblatt is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This position reports to the Human Resources Director and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a variety of HR functions while supporting our firm's commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities · Produce and track HR data, metrics, and reporting to support organizational decision-making. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records & manage the HRIS. · Assist with the management of full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. · Ensure compliance with employment laws, firm policies, and legal industry requirements. · Serve as an HR point of contact for personnel, providing guidance and addressing routine inquiries. · Assist with policy development, audits, and HR projects. · Perform additional HR responsibilities as needed. Requirements Education: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or HR certification a plus. Experience: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a law firm environment. - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, ADA, FLSA). - Experience with Paylocity, and MS Office Suite; familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus. Skills and Abilities: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a supportive team player. - Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
