WHAT WE NEED
This is your chance to shine as a recruiter while fulfilling the daily functions of the Human Resources Office at the Rehabilitation Center building! Seeking candidates familiar with all Human Resources Generalist functions and with working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Looking for a hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and applicant tracking systems. Responsible for full cycle recruitment, in addition to onboarding new hires, employee relations, personnel recordkeeping, data management, FMLA and safety, as well as being an alternate for new hire orientation.
This full-time position will understand the pivotal role of HR in recruitment and retention, compliance, and liability reduction. This position requires the ability to interact with all levels of staff, providing policy guidance to employees and management as well as providing an open door for employee relations.
