We are looking for an innovative, creative and organized Human Resources Generalist experienced in Healthcare Recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will take us to the next level in staffing to support our incredible census growth!

WHAT WE NEED

This is your chance to shine as a recruiter while fulfilling the daily functions of the Human Resources Office at the Rehabilitation Center building! Seeking candidates familiar with all Human Resources Generalist functions and with working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Looking for a hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and applicant tracking systems. Responsible for full cycle recruitment, in addition to onboarding new hires, employee relations, personnel recordkeeping, data management, FMLA and safety, as well as being an alternate for new hire orientation.
This full-time position will understand the pivotal role of HR in recruitment and retention, compliance, and liability reduction. This position requires the ability to interact with all levels of staff, providing policy guidance to employees and management as well as providing an open door for employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
• Minimum of five years’ recruitment experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting
• Minimum of three years’ experience working in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably in Healthcare or a long-term care facility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites – Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge and prior use of Applicant Tracking Database Software
