We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the organisation reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across all regions, aligning HR practices with business goals. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, lead recruitment efforts, and provide strategic and operational HR support. You will ensure compliance with employment law in multiple jurisdictions (NI, ROI, GB) and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.

RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including working alongside managers to write job descriptions, advertise on job posting websites and liaise with recruitment agencies, shortlisting and interviewing.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires across all locations.
  • Support hiring managers with best practice interviewing and selection techniques.
