※Upper Business Level ~ Native Level Japanese fluency is mandatory for this role  JOB DESCRIPTION AGREEMENT Position: HR Generalist This position aims to strengthen HR operations with a primary focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience that complies with applicable laws and internal policies. Through a wide range of HR-related duties—including support for Safety & Health Committee operations, statutory health examinations, HR systems and personnel file management, and new hire orientation—the role ensures accuracy and compliance across HR processes.    Reporting Line: HR Manager, Director of Human Resources    Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)  Primary Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits / HR Administration Support  • Support monthly closing activities and payroll payment processes.  • Coordinate and support Safety & Health Committee operations, including arrangements, progress tracking, and record management for statutory health examinations.  • Support the implementation of monthly stool tests, as required.  • Arrange and follow up on matters related to employee health examinations.  • Maintain and manage HRIS data, create and manage personnel files, and support new hire orientation programs.  • Monitor HR records as well as hiring and transfer processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable laws.  • Support Compensation & Benefits operations, including salary and allowance data management, participation in salary surveys, job evaluation data maintenance, and basic pay equity checks.  • Prepare HR data reports such as headcount, HR KPIs, and health check implementation status.  • Perform other general HR-related duties as required.  • Support CSR events and local community initiatives.  • Assist employee engagement initiatives, including events and internal communications.  • Participate in HR projects, audits, and other HR-related tasks as necessary.  • Support the preparation of HR interview and meeting records.    Work Schedule and Operational Requirements  Due to HR operations, HR-related events, and monthly administrative activities, work schedules for this position may vary by month. The employee may be required to work shifts determined by the Manager, and days off may be scheduled to ensure that HR operations are not disrupted.    Communication and Collaboration Expectations  The employee is expected to maintain smooth, constructive, and forward-looking communication not only with external stakeholders but also within the HR team, and to contribute to the creation of a positive work environment through their own conduct and behavior.
