The NEEDS Center is a nonprofit company that provides services and support for adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for an HR Generalist for our Florida Division in Orange Park.
The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position supports all aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee leave management, workers’ compensation, compliance, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Generalist ensures that all activities align with legal requirements and organizational values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or related systems.
