Human Resources Generalist (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the North Medical Spa team on a part-time basis (approx. 5–10 hours per week). This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a scaling, people-first company environment and can balance strategy with hands-on support.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our growing spa teams by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and policy implementation. This position can be structured as either a part-time employee or contractor role, depending on fit.
