QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in labour relations and recruitment.
• Knowledge of labour laws, collective bargaining, and employment practices.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Negotiate job offers and extend employment offers to select candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with labour unions and employee representatives.
• Address employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
• Handle grievances, labour disputes, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and workplace issues.
• Provide guidance and support to management on labour relations issues.
• Maintain employee records and HR documents with accuracy
