We are recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Saint John, NB. This role will assist with diverse HR activities across Canada and supporting special projects, HR initiatives, and various tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-Secondary education (degree/diploma) with a focus on HR.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • CPHR designation or actively pursuing it.
  • Strong passion for HR and its strategic role in business.
  • Innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in research and business analytics.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Lead nationwide full-cycle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
  • Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring the data integrity within Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Assist the HR Manager with strategic people initiatives, employee relations, and training programs.
  • Support the business with analytics and reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
