The HR Generalist is a key player in fostering a dynamic, people-first culture while aligning HR strategies with business goals. This generalist role blends strategic people management with HR operations, ensuring an outstanding employee experience. You will provide consultative support to leaders and employees, enhance engagement, and drive business results through HR best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • (not a must) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role, with a focus on both strategic and operational HR functions.
  • Strong HR expertise in employee relations & onboarding/off-boarding – TX compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to engage with teammates at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
