Keep our benefits programs running smoothly and make sure our people know how to get the most from them. Partner with leaders on performance management—from goal-setting to growth plans. Drive culture and engagement initiatives that make work feel more than just a job. Keep everything organized, accurate, and compliant (because the details matter!). Requirements What We’re Looking For 3+ years of HR experience with hands-on work in employee relations, benefits, and performance management. An outgoing, approachable personality—you’re someone people naturally want to talk to. Detail-oriented with great follow-through—you catch what others might miss. A problem-solver who balances empathy with practicality. A natural culture builder who believes HR should make work better (and more fun!).
