Description The Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for clinical, provider, and non-clinical positions; provides support in administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs; ensures organizational policy compliance; and fosters a positive and productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional HR service to employees and leaders across the organization. Requirements Education and Experience: Required · Associate degree in healthcare administration, human resources, clinical studies, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered. · Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. · Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Preferred · Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources, clinical studies, or a related field. · At least one year of HR or recruitment experience in a healthcare setting. · Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of healthcare regulations. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: SHRM-CP certification preferred.
