Description We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist – Recruiting to help us attract and hire talented professionals who are passionate about making a difference. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying top talent, and supporting a mission-driven workforce, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across the organization. Partner with managers to develop hiring strategies and fill critical roles. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection. Represent CFI at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities. Manage onboarding processes and support a positive new hire experience. Assist with general HR duties, HR initiatives, and compliance activities. Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes. Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Three or more years of recruiting and/or HR experience. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously. Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience in nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services recruitment. Experience recruiting licensed professionals and difficult-to-fill positions.
