We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team at our Greencastle facility and support employees across the full employment lifecycle—from onboarding and payroll support to employee relations and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact by supporting both employees and operations. What You’ll Do As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in keeping HR operations running smoothly while serving as a trusted resource to employees and leaders. Responsibilities include: Supporting recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR compliance Monitoring attendance, PTO, and timekeeping; supporting payroll processing Assisting with employee relations matters and workplace issue resolution Answering employee questions related to policies, benefits, and pay Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Running HR reports and maintaining data in Paycom Coordinating offboarding and employee separations Partnering with leadership to promote a positive, compliant workplace Qualifications What We’re Looking For Experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar HR role Working knowledge of onboarding, recordkeeping, and HR compliance Exposure to payroll and employee relations preferred Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working in a manufacturing or operations environment HRIS experience preferred (Paycom is a plus) Bilingual Spanish/English a MUST Why Join ReMarkets?
