OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department. If you have a passion for people, attention to detail, and a knack for maintaining professional administration, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our HR team. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This individual will provide administrative support, manage employee records, assist in recruitment processes, and help with employee onboarding and training. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong understanding of HR best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Manage and update employee benefits and compensation records.
  • Coordinate and schedule training and development programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related paperwork, including new hire forms, performance evaluations, and leave requests.
  • Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports and assist with HR audits as required.
