We are a growing, multi-site healthcare practice specializing in sleep medicine, neurology, and epilepsy, with our headquarters based in Sugar Land, TX. Our team supports 8 providers, fewer than 50 onsite employees, and more than 20 experienced remote staff. We are committed to exceptional patient care and a collaborative workplace culture.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our day-to-day HR operations across all clinic locations. This role will report to the onsite HR Administrator, the COO, and the Owner, and will collaborate with a long-standing remote HR assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, Texas employment law, and federal labor regulations (e.g., FLSA, ADA, FMLA).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience supporting virtual teams or remote staff.
  • Familiarity with Texas-specific labor laws and healthcare credentialing.
