Human Resources Generalist   River Garden Senior Services, an award-winning not-for-profit care community, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and helping maintain compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in healthcare settings and HRIS systems.   Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff * Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring * Participate in new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding requirements * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements * Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries * Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture * Utilize HRIS systems (Paycor or similar) to manage employee data and reporting * Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications: * 1–2 years of Human Resources experience; experience in a healthcare or long-term care facility is a plus * Experience with Paycor or a similar HRIS system required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism * Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred What we offer: * Competitive salary $55K - $58K * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Opportunities for professional growth and development If you want to know more about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.    Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required for this position.
