Requirements YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Administering the leave of absence process and tracking employees on leave. Set up and maintain HR personnel records and files. Supporting benefits, compensation, and employee recognition programs. Managing performance review processes. Assisting with employee relations matters. Assisting with Workers' Compensation processes. Maintaining data integrity within our HRIS. Serve as an ambassador of RRM, both internally and externally. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. 4 years of HR experience. Current knowledge of employment laws, recruitment practices, and HR trends Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred. Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will administer the leave of absence process, maintain HR personnel records, and support benefits and employee recognition programs. Additionally, they will manage performance review processes and assist with employee relations and Workers' Compensation matters.
