WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Human Resources Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting faculty and staff by managing key HR functions, including: * Process accurate biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now * Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding * Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation * Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation * Generate payroll, compliance, and workforce reports using ADP Workforce Now * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and school policies * Support employee questions regarding payroll, policies, and HR programs * Assist with benefits administration, leave tracking, and HR process improvements WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 3–5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience * Demonstrated experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now * Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism * Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Preferred Qualifications * SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification * Experience in education, nonprofit, or faith-based organization * Experience administering employee benefits * Knowledge of contracts, non-contracts and temporary employment WHY SIENA CATHOLIC SCHOOLS?
