Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (Hybrid – Winter Haven, FL)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Winter Haven, FL (Hybrid – 3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Bilingual in English and Spanish required due to the nature of the role involving frequent communication with Spanish-speaking team members.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are working with a growing, multi-state organization seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of progressive HR experience to step into a high-impact role where you’ll support core HR functions, drive employee engagement, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
You’ll report to an HR Business Partner and work across departments on various initiatives from onboarding to compliance to training and investigations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as a key HR contact for employees and management
• Administer HR policies and ensure multi-state compliance
• Support benefits administration, including open enrollment and 401(k)
• Assist with payroll processing and serve as a backup when needed
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation
• Manage employee leave requests, FMLA, ADA accommodations
• Participate in employee relations, including investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain HRIS systems and support updates/reporting
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and training presentations
