JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re on the lookout for an HR Generalist to help us provide subject matter expertise on employee relations issues. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and have experience with employee relations this is the place to be.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
2. 3+ years in Human Resources, with experience in employee relations or conflict resolution candidates given preference.
3. Ability to build and maintain working relationships at all levels of management.
4. Ability to handle confidential information.
5. Experience with Dayforce a plus.

2. Always willing to assist every type of employee to support their development.
3. Providing guidance to employees on how to be resourceful.
4. Providing training materials in performance-related concerns, conflict management and resolution.
5. Having a multifaceted approach to HR when taking on new projects.
6. Administering compensation and benefit plans.
7. Conducting investigations involving policy violations to ensure best practices and protocol
