JOB TITLE: HR GENERALIST

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the San Francisco / Bay Area)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. This is a full-time, 100% remote role; however, candidates must be based in the San Francisco / Bay Area. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and brings at least 4+ years of HR experience, specifically within the Retail or Restaurant industry.
This role supports a large, dynamic workforce of 1600–1800 employees across multiple locations, ensuring strong alignment between Field Operations and Human Resources. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in managing employee relations, maintaining administrative compliance, and supporting the design and operationalization of HR policies, programs, and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of HR experience
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Must reside in the San Francisco / Bay Area
  • Prior experience in the Retail or Restaurant industry is required
  • Strong knowledge of California Employment Law
  • Proven ability to support large, distributed workforces
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
