Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and training. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Manage pre-employment processes and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Payroll Administration: Oversee and process weekly payroll using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Training & Development: Deliver training programs for managers and employees to support professional growth and compliance. Identify development needs and recommend learning solutions. HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the Paylocity Human Resources Information System. Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday No recruiters or agencies This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements Education – Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent Human resources: 1 year (Preferred) Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs: Problem-solving.
