Position Overview The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across all bank locations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, recordkeeping, and compliance activities. This role is part of a small HR team and helps maintain a positive, professional, and community focused workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate communication. Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR questions. Process promotions, pay changes, transfers, and separations. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries. Assist with internal audits, external examinations, and policy updates. Support employee recognition, communications, and engagement activities. Qualifications 2–4 years of HR experience; regulated industry experience preferred. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Degree in HR, business or related field preferred, but not required.
