We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to deliver accurate, timely advice and support while ensuring the seamless operation and efficiency of our HR team’s processes and hands-on activities. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to efficiently address and resolve HR inquiries, provide coaching to leaders on case management, escalating complex queries as needed
  • Extract and compile data, leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques to understand people management indicators and make informed decisions
  • Use insights from the various HR systems, processes, and data channels to optimise the employee experience (EX) and improve efficiency whilst driving knowledge sharing across the HR team
  • Support team members in the interpretation and adherence to the Enterprise Agreement and/or appropriate industrial instruments
  • Contribute to the review and revision of HR policies, processes, pay rates, and entitlements, ensuring compliance with current legislation, Modern Awards, and NES requirements
