Job Summary This position is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resources operations. What You’ll Do… * Maintains and audits employee records in the HRIS database and paper files. Processes HR and Payroll changes within the HRIS. * Processes the full onboarding and offboarding cycle at all work locations. * Provides administrative support such as scheduling drug tests, posting jobs via the ATS, and creating offer letters. * Owns the anniversary/company party planning. * Processes unemployment claims. * Assists with the recruitment and interview process. * Assists the HR team with implementing and coordinating performance management. * Works with multiple departments but mostly HR * Assists with other HR duties as requested. * Performs other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring… * Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Effectively manage and communicate information across a network of companies. * Partner with managers with a customer service orientation. * Professional demeanor and character, proactive and able to take initiative. * Prioritize and complete tasks as a team player while delivering results. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision makers. * Optimize delivery of all services with continuous improvement mindset. * Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Superb consulting, and critical thinking skills.
