POSITION SUMMARY The HR Generalist partners with management to provide recruiting and consultative human resources support to the organization. Responsible for ensuring human resources policies, compliance practices, and programs are aligned to organization goals and objectives. Please see the attached job description for more information. Healthcare and/or higher education highly preferred. Location: First 3 month fully in office. This may be a hybrid position that works 2 days/week at the Gold Bond Building and 3 days/week Work From Home. Must reside on Oahu. Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Extended hours as needed.
