QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources for mid-level companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Must have experience delivering presentations and be comfortable and competent speaking to large groups.
  • Ability to multi-task and orchestrate processes through influence and leadership.
  • Must be credible, exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent diplomacy skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assists in new hire pre-employment process including offer, drug screen, background check, I-9 verification and orientation.
  • Prepares reports and presents recruitment information to HR Manager or Directors for review as needed.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Benefits Administration
  • Skills in Employee Benefits and administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Administer and continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries
  • Support payroll processing and maintain accurate records in coordination with Finance
  • Assist with global HR operations including local labor law compliance, contractor management, and region-specific practices
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, trends, and compliance across regions
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with company goals and regulatory requirements
  • Consults with supervisors, managers, Vice Presidents or Directors to determine hiring needs for the corporation.
  • Design, develop and maintain job descriptions.
  • Utilizes recruitment tools such as: Newton ATS, LinkedIn, staffing agencies, etc. to research and source potential candidates.
  • Contact candidates about open positions, schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring department supervisors and managers.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
