Position Summary Vantage Aging is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to support a positive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Conduct recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes Process employee payroll and generate payroll reports as needed Administer benefits, leave, and employee records Coordinate training and compliance tracking Support employee engagement, recognition, and orientation activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) At least three (3) years of HR and payroll experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems Why Join Us Hybrid work schedule Mission-driven organization serving older adults Collaborative and supportive team environment Benefits 16 PTO days annually 13 Paid Holidays Health benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, 403B with 3% company match after one year of employment, and an optional Healthy lifestyle incentive program to lower the cost of your medical benefits!
