HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, & Operations) | Ungasan, Badung, Bali | On-site | PT Wine Adore Indonesia | Wine Adore Indonesia is looking for a proactive and strategic HR Generalist with strong capabilities in Talent Acquisition & Organization Development. This role will work closely with the HR Lead and cross-functional teams to build strong hiring pipelines, enhance organizational structure, and drive people initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment across functions (Sales, Tech, Support) Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles Build & maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Support organizational structure planning and role clarity Contribute to performance management and employee development initiatives Drive engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies Work closely with HR Lead and cross-division stakeholders Ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business goals Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements Requirements Based in Bali, Indonesia Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, or related field 1–3 years of experience in in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition Experience or interest in Organization Development, Performance Management, or L&D Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Able to work collaboratively across different teams and functions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
