We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Graduate to join our team. This programme offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, inclusion, diversity and wellbeing promotion, involved in pay and remuneration as well as experience in employee and industrial relations. Successful candidates will be closely working with the Human Resources team and key people around our Roadstone Locations and will gain a rich understanding of human resources in a progressive and ambitious market leading company.

Responsibilities:
Graduates will take part in our two-year graduate development programme, which will guide you through a semi-structured programme across various areas in our business in order to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills. Roadstone’s 2025 Graduate Programme will commence the beginning of September 2025.
