  Page Break Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Department: HR Reports To: Senior HR Generalist FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt Date Created/Revised: 02/13/2026 Salary Grade/Level: Hourly    Page Break     Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR department, helping to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization. This role supports day‑to‑day HR activities, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, HRIS updates, employee inquiries, and coordination of HR programs and initiatives. The HRC works closely with site leadership, employees, and staffing partners to support hiring, payroll accuracy, communication, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supports with coordinating new hire onboarding, including preparing documentation, facilitating orientation, and ensuring completion of required employment forms. * Support employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and general HR processes, escalating issues when needed. * Assist site leadership and HR Business Partners with scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and coordinating with staffing agencies. * Help coordinate HR programs. * Provide administrative  * Prepare and maintain HR reporting (turnover, attendance, new hires, terminations, etc.). * Assist in the coordination of training sessions, meetings, and HR‑led events. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations through accurate documentation and timely record‑keeping. * Support HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: * Bilingual (English & Spanish)  * Human Resources Accredited Certification, Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.  * 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. * Familiarity with HR principles, labor laws, and general HR practices. * Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP) preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong customer‑service mindset when interacting with employees and leaders.   Physical Demands: * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer. * Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies (up to 20 lbs.). * Frequent use of hands for typing and data entry. Work Environment: * Office setting with frequent interaction with employees, leadership, and external partners. * Fast‑paced environment requiring professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication. Travel Requirements: * Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or support at additional sites (typically less than 10%).
