We are looking for a passionate professional, and detailed oriented Human Resources/Health and Safety Administrator to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strong sense of respect for confidentiality.
  • A mature self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to change.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • File, photocopy and complete general HR and Health and Safety administration as required.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Draft job postings, policies, and other documents as requested.
  • Schedule training for new employees.
  • Tracking/Controlling documents.
  • Updating the internal matrix’s.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of HR and Health and Safety events.
  • Communicate within your own department to ensure that all relevant information is forwarded to the appropriate personnel on a regular and timely basis. Provide regular updates to managers regarding progress on required duties and the status of any outstanding actions.
  • Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of HR and health and safety legislation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
