Job Description 🌟 Key Responsibilities Join our People & Culture team and help us create a smooth and positive experience for every employee! Your main tasks will include: 🛬 Onboarding coordination: Manage the administrative side of onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcome and ready from day one. ✍️ Contract updates: Handle employment contract changes with accuracy and efficiency. 🔁 Contract renewals: Lead the renewal process for employee contracts, keeping everything on track and compliant. ⚖️ Disciplinary process oversight: Supervise disciplinary actions that may lead to dismissal, ensuring fairness and transparency. 📣 Employee relations management: Listen, support, and resolve employee concerns according with local labor law and internal policies and procedure, with empathy and professionalism. 🛡️ Health & Safety follow-up: Coordinate with our Occupational Health & Safety provider to monitor follow-up actions, training sessions, and awareness campaigns for our employees. Qualifications 🎓 Requirements Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced English (mandatory – will be evaluated during the process). Strong skills in Excel and Power Automate. Availability for on-site work during office hours.
