We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core human resources functions across onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, and performance management
Experience with rate negotiation and compensation planning
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams
Familiarity with Zoho, ATS, HRIS systems and federal compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires

Lead rate negotiations and support annual appraisal cycles in alignment with organizational goals
Maintain accurate HR records, proposals, and REF documentation for audit and compliance
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely updates and alignment on HR initiatives
Partner with recruitment teams to source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates
Ensure adherence HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
