We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core human resources functions across onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, and performance management
Experience with rate negotiation and compensation planning
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams
Familiarity with Zoho, ATS, HRIS systems and federal compliance requirements
