Within your first year, you will lead compliance tracking, manage the annual performance review cycle, and oversee key HR processes that keep our organization running smoothly. At the same time, you’ll drive employee engagement initiatives — planning monthly treats, contributing to company culture, and helping create moments employees genuinely look forward to. You’ll also support our employer brand by managing LinkedIn and Glassdoor content, collaborating on recruiting campaigns, and creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva. This role offers a unique blend of structure and creativity, giving you broad exposure across HR functions.
