WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years Job related experience Req
  • At least 1 year Infor experience Pref
  • At least 1 year ServiceNow experience Pref
  • Knowledge with HRIS Trouble shooting & Logical Reasoning
  • Deep familiarity with navigating HRIS Systems
  • Strong analytical thinking to understand how data fields and systems actions interelate

EDUCATION

Responsibilities
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries, collaborating with People Technology, IS, and business users to resolve issues.
  • Investigates and resolves Tier 2 system issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
  • Provides technical assistance and guidance to HR team members, leaders, and employees across various HR platforms.
  • Collaborates with People Technology to test, validate, and implement system enhancements and updates.
  • Monitors and manages service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex issues.
  • Translates complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences across the organization.
  • Supports data integrity, reporting, and analytics efforts by managing and fulfilling report requests.
  • Maintains and updates process documentation, job aids, and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
  • Contributes to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and HR service delivery.
  • Operates independently within defined parameters, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability in daily responsibilities.
  • System Alignment: Partners closely with the People Technology and Analytics team to ensure HR system transactions, data integrity practices, and end-user support are consistently aligned with enterprise platforms, digital tools, and service delivery standards. Supports the seamless execution of system-related processes by integrating technical expertise with operational excellence across HR systems. Collaborate with People Technology to test and validate system changes, enhancements, and new functionality to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption
  • People Technology and Analytics: Supports the HR People Technology and Analytics Center of Excellence by handling routine HR system-related inquiries. Performs Tier 2 HR System transactions in HR Systems independently with defined parameters, demonstrating sound judgment and accountability in alignment with established standards and data governance practices. Assist leaders in completing Manager Self-Service (MSS) transactions. Assists employees in navigating self-service tools to ensure accurate updates to personal and employment data. Executes system tasks related to performance appraisal support, merit awarding, mass moves, troubleshooting personnel actions, and managing report requests. Escalate system errors or complex problems to appropriate technical teams when necessary. Supports other operations initiatives and process documentation needs across the People Services team.
  • Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact HR systems, data integrity, and employee experience. This support enables the COE to focus on system optimization and analytics.
