JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to offboarding – ensuring staffing needs are met, policies are followed, and staff welfare is maintained. Beyond compliance, this role is very important in developing and strengthening the company culture, building employee engagement, and ensuring overall well-being. HR will coordinate closely with the Installation Manager for manpower validation, Admin for housing logistics, Finance for payroll/WPS, and the company PRO for all visa and government requirements.
