Position Overview: We are currently looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to enhance our HR functions and drive initiatives that promote a thriving workplace culture. This role will involve developing strategies for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to align our team’s goals with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligning with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment process, talent acquisition, and onboarding of new employees. Oversee performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations and feedback. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies. Supervise end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and timely disbursement. Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture. Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Maintain HR metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Hands-on experience in payroll management, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and payroll software. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically while executing effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on employee development. Night shift cab facility. Exposure to international HR operations (US-based company). Supportive and growth-oriented work culture.
