We are inviting applications for a Human Resources / Inclusion Manager position in the heart of SAN FRANCISCO, California. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, maintaining a culturally competent work environment, and aligning workforce practices with our organization’s values.

Experience developing, implementing, and measuring EDI and employee engagement strategies and initiatives

• Ability to perform Benefit Functions effectively
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
• Proven experience in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes
• Knowledge of HR Policy development and implementation
• Experience in Onboarding new employees
• Ability to manage Performance effectively
• Experience with ADP - Payroll processin

• Designing and implementing organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and EDI to integrate inclusive practices across all departments.
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.
• Overseeing employee relations and resolving any arising issues.
• Managing all aspects of the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Developing and implementing performance management systems.
• Utilizing ADP - Payroll for effective payroll management.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment.
  5 years’ experience working with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives; required experience with/understanding of employment/management practices through an EDI lens.
