Description:
We are inviting applications for a Human Resources / Inclusion Manager position in the heart of SAN FRANCISCO, California. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies, maintaining a culturally competent work environment, and aligning workforce practices with our organization’s values.
Experience developing, implementing, and measuring EDI and employee engagement strategies and initiatives
- Ability to perform Benefit Functions effectively
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
- Proven experience in Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Hiring Processes
- Knowledge of HR Policy development and implementation
- Experience in Onboarding new employees
- Ability to manage Performance effectively
- Experience with ADP - Payroll processin
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and EDI to integrate inclusive practices across all departments.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.
- Overseeing employee relations and resolving any arising issues.
- Managing all aspects of the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Utilizing ADP - Payroll for effective payroll management.
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a positive work environment.
5 years’ experience working with organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives; required experience with/understanding of employment/management practices through an EDI lens.
