About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and people-first HR Manager to join the Ziphire team. You will be responsible for building and managing our internal HR function — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, can wear multiple hats, and genuinely cares about building a great place to work. Key Responsibilities: 1- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for all internal roles across Ziphire Own the onboarding experience for all new joiners — ensuring a seamless and engaging Day One Partner with team leads to define hiring needs and build job descriptions 2- HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and employee records Ensure compliance with local labour laws across GCC jurisdictions (Bahrain, UAE, KSA) Manage leave, attendance, and payroll coordination 3- Performance & Development Design and implement performance review cycles Identify training and development needs across teams Support managers in handling performance conversations and team development 4- Culture & Engagement Champion Ziphire's culture and values internally Drive employee engagement initiatives, team events, and wellbeing programmes Act as a trusted point of contact for all employee relations matters 5- HR Strategy & Reporting Provide regular HR metrics and insights to leadership Support organisational design as the company scales Contribute to strategic HR planning in line with business growth Competitive salary package Flexible working arrangements A front-row seat at one of the GCC's most exciting HR-tech companies Direct exposure to leadership and real impact from Day One Opportunity to grow with the company Competitive salary package Flexible working arrangements A front-row seat at one of the GCC's most exciting HR-tech companies Direct exposure to leadership and real impact from Day One Opportunity to grow with the company
