Empowering Energy is a dynamic and fast-growing company, now expanding across multiple industries. We are currently looking for a qualified and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, process improvement, and building a positive workplace culture.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor regulations and HR practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous HR experience within KSA is strongly preferred
  • Preferred Nationalities: Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a people-first approach to help foster a healthy and efficient work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and employee records
  • Organize and support performance appraisal systems and employee feedback mechanisms
  • Address employee concerns professionally and support resolution of workplace issues
  • Ensure HR operations are in full compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll as needed
  • Support HR programs such as employee training, engagement, and development initiatives
  • Maintain updated HR documentation, records, and policy manuals
