We are looking for an efficient HR/ Payroll Coordinator, full time. We offer competitive wages and benefits to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Enter all new employee information into the payroll system. Update other employee status changes as they occur.
  • Enters approved rate increases timely.
  • Monitors employee evaluation dates for timely completion and reports to Administrator and late evaluations.
  • Provides daily hour reports to all supervisors daily.
  • Process any additional pay for special circumstances (Shift differentials, bonuses, missing hours, etc.)
  • Monitor employees that cross over into different departments to ensure they are set up appropriately for each department worked.
  • Assist in compilation of information for all audits.
  • Maintain all payroll reports.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Maintain all employee time cards for 7 years as required by law.
  • Follows the facility payroll policy and procedures at all times.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals for each payroll period to finalize payroll hours.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Human Resources

  • Reports employee injuries to workers comp carrier.
  • Follows workers comp cased to closure.
  • Responsible for unemployment claims, procedures and hearings.
  • Assists employees with medical, dental and all other benefits. Arranges presentations from vendors.
  • Assists in coverage of receptionist position as requested by supervisor.
  • Cross train in functions as identified by supervisor.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
