• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organization development & change, economics, statistics, business analytics, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist/Recruiter position.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is strongly desired.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• PHR/SHRM Certification preferred.
• Past experience with an HRIS system (UKG Pro and Kronos experience is desired).

  Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
